1. What do we think when we are sending our customers to a holiday ?
When a person thinks that he want to have a relaxing time / enjoying time with his family, or when a newly married Honeymoon couple thinks about a tour, which he wants to remember his whole life, than they searches for a person , who can arrange their tour, according to there need, with his/ her knowledge of the destination in such a way, so that they could enjoy it and remember the tour as one of the most beautiful time in life.
2. Whats our request from our customers…. ?
We do believe, that if a person is pending money on something, than he / she should get the same thing, whatever he paid for.Generally people do not bother/ think, about the inclusions in the package, like, what places are covered, what meals are provided, what kind of package there travel agent is providing.Please read the inclusions and everything carefully, and please ask the questions, related to the packages,like,Entrance fees and all other charges are included or not?What will be the extra money they will need to pay other than the package cost?Are the transfers & Sight seeings mentioned in the package, on Sharing (SIC) or Private. As if you are looking, for some privacy / luxury, please reassure, if it is possible, to get all the transfers & sight seeings on PRIVATE basis. That means, no other person, other than tour guide & Driver, will be there with you during your transportation, in your vehicle.
