thank you so much for arranging such an awesome trip for our honeymoon. This being our first foreign trip, we had no exposure regarding the formalities for going to foreign country. I must say we enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Hotel accommodation, transportation, guide, arrangements were as per itenary and more than what we had expected. We hope to travel with Easy to travel again and suggest the same to all our friends and family.

Good afternoon !

We reached safely yesterday at delhi. It was quite nice experience in vietnam. This tour was very well managed from your as well as your local office. People were heartwelcoming and gracefull all the time. Special thanks for cruise journey, it was amaging experience. Overall very good experience and would recommend your services to others colleagues. However there were couple of points (very impressive, positive) and negative (which could be even supressive with overall positive experience).

Positive

1. We were handed over 300000 dong at airport drop for Hanoi from Ho chih minh city. I like the honesty of your company as we were not able to have lunch at hotel.

Negative

1. We didnt receive the luggage yesterday night at Delhi because of less time between connecting flight. We will receive the luggage from the same flight today at the same time. However it will take more time to send the luggage at jaipur from Delhi.

However at an overall level, it was very good experience with you and Anshul before journey and a very good & proffessional gesture by your company in vietnam. We will sure be planning another visit to be booked by your company soon.

I would like to encourage the sincere efforts of your team in India as well as Indonesia to provide us the best services possible and its been a heartening experience for us in Bali. Everything went well except one or two instances like our tour guide asked us to do a slight change in itinerary for which we ended up paying more and the candle night dinner which some how got messed up.

The tour guide and the driver modified the itinerary according to their comfort and hence we were unable to look at some of the spots mentioned in the itinerary but to compensate they do allowed us to shop at places in bali.

I am very much satisfied with the services provided to me at Bali, have cherished each and every moment of our stay. It was an ecstatic experience and inclusion of cruise in the package was icing on the cake. We had our bizarre moments and would definitely recommend your agency to others.

Looking forward for more of such wonderful trips.

Hi Anshul/Harshit,

I would like to thank you for organizing the trip so beautifully and making it a memorable one for me.

The driver both at Bali and Singapore were well on time and was available for the pick-up and the drops. Not even a single call to any of the person was required throughout the trip, which was really very appreciating.

Apart from this, the driver (Balik) and tour guide (Mantra) in Bali were really very co-operative, helpful and entertaining.

Hello Surbhi,

My first Anniversary was made memorable only because of your services. Initially I was hesitant to try ETT but the way u explained and assured me that it is going to be one great trip was bang on !!
I had a great time except for a few glitches which I experienced. Miss to the monkey forest due to drizzling and not interested attitude of my guide – Madhu. Nd secondly the complimentary cake – my guide said that he just forgot !! These issues are though frivolous in front of the amazing arrangements u made for us. I surely look forward for my next trip with ETT and Surbhi
